Mobile version looks different

    I redid my Jot Form yesterday 6/26. I sent a link to an Applicant today. He filled it out on his Mobile Phone.The Application looks different than the Jot Form I sent you in the URL Box. It did not highlight after Applicant info on first page.

    I test viewing your form using mobile browser and work like this.

    From what I can see, your form is not a multi-page form. There is no page break field on the form. It is only one page and I can see the Submit button on the form.

    Can you please describe more what exactly was the issue. We will look into it further once we have a better understanding of the issue.
