Cannot access any of my forms

    I just upgraded my plan.  Can't access my forms.  HELP!

    I confirm that your upgrade has been successful and your account is on the Gold plan now, however I only see one active form in your account, here's the link:

    Please log out, clear your cache and login back again, and you should be able to login and see your active forms without issues.
