Do you have two-step forms?

I want to create a two-step form to generate leads for my business. The first page would just ask for their address, then they would click "Next" and then they would fill in their contact information on the next page. Is this possible with JotForm?

If you are referring to multi-page forms, it is possible by adding a page break to the form. Please refer to the guide below:
