Problems receiving jot form

    Clients are having problem hiting send button when they fill out the form where it constantly says "Please wait"

     

    What causes this problem and what can be done to fix it?  We use a word press website and have updated the jotform plug in but struggle to know what to do.

     

    Any help is greatly appreciated
