Get a URL variable

Hi I would like to create a form that gets AdWords GCID on an embedded form (prefered) or on a stand alone form (redirect to jotform) and save it on a google drive spreadsheet with the answers.

If what you are looking for is picking up the URL of the page, it's possible by using the get form page URL widget (https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url). This will allow the form to pick up the URL and its parameters and submit it with the form. 

If what you would like is get the URL from which the user came from before reaching the form, you can instead use the Get Referrer widget (https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_referrer)
