I have received a spam email and I don't have an account with you

    I have received the same spam email, likewise do not have an account with you.

    Please note that there was a user spamming with these emails that try to look like they're coming from us whereas they're not.

    If you could please follow this guide and provide us with the message headers of the email you received, that would help us ensure that all the spam accounts are suspended: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/22454
