I used the URL link, which worked fine..I hit the submit button, and my thank you pops up on the page. The problem is, that I am not receiving email confirmation..it's like it isn't going through. Help! 😀

Can I have the URL for your form please? I tried to pull an account using your email address, but could not find any. I'd like to check if the email is in the bounce list. Also, have you tried checking on your spam folder?
