A question on Data Security

As we are a UK based law firm we would like to know where the data relating to our own forms is kept. Is it held on USA based servers, or in another territory. Also, we are aware that we can remove all data from our JotForm account from logging into the dashboard area, but can we request that data is also removed from your servers (or wherever the data is held?). Thanks

There are 2 datacenters in the US and one in Germany. Once the account is deleted, it will be removed completely from our servers.
