Does anyone knows a trick for the V.A.T please?
A normal website sells with V.A.T included.
I know Paypal can also add V.A.T to the end price. But how will Jotform deal with this?
Is there a way to tell jotform to show the price without and without V.A.T at the end of the purchase please as this is a legal requirement.

As to my knowledge , there is no automatic option to show a payment option with or without Value Added Tax (V.A.T)
However, you could make a workaround by adding two free text HTML fields where you can place 2 payment options (should be 2 separte forms) , one would be with the V.A.T and the other one withou it. You would need to add the field into the payment wizard see this guide to have an idea about how to customize a payment integration.
You can make also a dropdown or radio button field asking your customer "Do you need V.A.T included?" and put yes/no answers. Then make a conditional logic to show either one or the other payment option.
Please check this guide in order to know how to make a form with multiple payment options. It has also examples for hide/show conditionals
I hope these guides provides you enough resources to sort out your requirements
