Can the free Jotform be used to provide credit card authorization

JotForm doesn't allow users to create forms that ask for credit card information or details. This goes to all subscriptions of Jotform, whether it's paid or free. As it violates our terms of use.

If you are credit card authorization form will not contain any of those information, then that should be fine. However, if it does then, there is a high tendency that your account will be suspended for suspected phishing issues.

As stated by my colleague we do not allow for collecting credit card details directly.  If you require payment authorization, that can be done through one of our many payment processors:
