Hi there, I use jotform and love it so thanks for that!

I"ve recently made a new form with a payment submission button on it.  This works just fine but on the notifications email it includes the email of the purchaser.

I have automatic notifications going to my staff but don't want them to be able to see the payment info.  I've tried editing the notification email but there is no payment field showing there, but it does show up on the actual notification email.

Is there any way to remove this?

    Many thanks

    Louisa

    Thank you for contacting us.

I think that you are looking for a {whatReading} tag. Please re-check your Notification Email Template.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We would be happy to help.

Thanks so much and sorry for the incorrect spelling of the ticket!
Right I see now that that is the one which is adding the payment info, however I can't delete that on the notifications as it needed for my staff need to know how many words to write. Do you know any way I can show the choice without showing the payment information?
    Thanks again for your help

    Hi StormJewel,

Similarly to what you did already in the Condition email, you can create another notification email with a condition. On this notification email message you remove the {whatReading} info.

Instead replace it with a specific information (example, put instead "500 words reading"... so on)

I created a sample form here. You can check the email notification here. You can test the option what reading 500 and 1000 to see the difference in email notification

You can clone the form since it has a paypal field, you will need to manually complete the payment submission to be able to see the notification.

This is how the notification email I created looks like

The notification email results look like this

Hope this help in any way. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
