I received an upgrade payment receipt yet my account does not reflect the upgrade

    When will my account be upgraded?  I currently have forms in use that are not active due to "form over quota".

    Please advise as soon as possible

    I have checked your account and found that it's in the Bronze status, and well within the account limits.

    I tested the forms and they're working properly, without any form over quota messages.

    I understand that your issue has been resolved?
