    High Capacity submissions - more then the $49.95 plan you currently offer

    We have a client that is planning to do a campaign for the potential of over a million submissions. I see on your site that the highest package you have is $49.95 at 1,000,000 submissions per month. Do you offer additional pricing for higher capacity monthly campaigns?

    Is your form capable of receiving high capacity users accessing the same for or forms per account?

    We don't have a URL to the site that will be hosting the forms since it is currently being designed before we even begin to build anything.

    We do need this information though in order to proceed with figuring out the technical logistics and pricing involved though. We also need to know how secure your form is and any information we can relay to the client regarding any secureity concerns.

    Yes, our service is capable of receiving high number of submissions. If you ever reach to the limit, you can contact support and ask for a submission count reset for $49.95. 

    Our service is used by over 900,000 users. It is very secure and we haven't had any security problems in years. We are pretty open with the issues. Our service status is tracked by a third party service.

    Thanks for getting back to me. The link you provided me showing stats of up time and response time is good info to have. Since I can show this information to our IT and clients IT staff. This is very useful and will help with any possible concerns.

    Understood regarding a reset of the number of submissions. Is there a way to pay $49.95 in advance to insure everything runs smoothly?

    Otherwise we'd have to assign someone to monitor the submissions periodically. Yett it would be easier to just pay for it over shooting the submission number to avoid any conflict in the interim of going over and re-setting the submissions with your support staff.

    Once you subscribe to Professional subscription, the system will automatically charge $49.95 every month

    When the account is about to reach the limit , you will get an email warning.Once this happens , and if the month period has not ended yet, just let us know and we can reset the the limit as Mr. Aytekin has stated
