Jot form emails just started going to the junk folder for all recipients of these forms. What happened? How do I fix it. Two of us are using apple mail, and the other is using Outlook (pc). All of us are having the same problem.

If the addresses are all on the same domain, it is likely your email provider is filtering our email. Marking the emails as "Not Spam" or the equivalent for your email provider should allow for further emails the bypass the filter.
