How do I advise my client whose jotform replies are ending up in his spam

    I'm not sure I understand your question correctly, but you can email them to check their spam/junk folder to see if JotForm replies are landing there. 

    You can also advise them to add jotform@noreply.com to their contact list, so emails won't end up blocked/marked as spam.
