Received Submissions but they're in Jibberish

Hello I am trying to look at my submissions but theyre all in jibberish...looks like coding language or something. I do I fix this. My page is not encrypted any longer.

Do note that the encryption key must be provided in order to access the submissions data, it usually can be found under the downloads folder, that's the default directory. You should get the encryption wizard once you go to the submissions page, if you don't, I would suggest you to log-in using incognito mode, this way the cached version of the website is ignored and you are asked for the key.
