Can I make a second column for a video?

I'm trying to create a form that has two columns, with regular form fields on the left and a video offset on the right. I'm having trouble figuring out how to do this properly.

Unfortunately, we do not have such option in our form builder.

If we increase the width of the form and decrease the width of the video, it should be possible to position video on the left side. However, the right side will not fit all the form fields since the video has its proportions (it cannot have long height when the width is set to the 50% of the form).
