I paid the $5.00 but didn't receive my new 100 submission

I'm waiting for a reply to my e-mail. I paid another $5.00 and I do not see the additional 100 submissions being available. 

The $5.00 Storage plan does not provide more monthly submissions, it only provides unlimited submissions storage.

The monthly submissions limit is 100 for Starter and Storage accounts. Let's say you receive 100 submission each month:

Month 1 => 100

Month 2 => 100

Month 3 => 100

Month 4 => 100

Month 5 => 100

In fifth  months you have a total of 500 submissions stored in your account, if you had a Starter account, any new submission that arrives will make the oldest one to get deleted, because only 500 submissions can be stored, however, on a Storage plan that limit is lifted.

That is the only difference between a Starter(free) and  Storage plan.
