Need to update wrong account email

    buenos dias

     

    Cordial saludo

     

    estoy interesado en incribirme JOTFORM pero se me cerro  la seccion mi usurio es ramsalejohn pero como escribi mal el correo electronico y para restaurar la clave no me llega.

    I checked your account and it does indeed look like the email address was entered incorrectly.  To confirm, the correct email address is edithelasmar@gmail.com.  Let us know if that is correct and we will update your account settings.

    I have updated your account email address to edithelasmar@gmail.com.  You should now be able to send the reset email to that address.

    The password reset emails are marked as successfully sent.

    Please check a Spam folder in your Gmail account.
