We have an account associated with our main account (montereylaw) for ssturtevant. That staff member no longer works here and we need access to that account. Currently our jotforms are linked from there and that account is over qouta. We need access immediatley. Our online application is in that account and we are approaching the deadline.
What are our next steps?

The password reset can only be done through the email associated with the account, which currently is: email@example.com. I see that the email is with the same domain like yours, do you have access to that email so you can use the password reset option?
