    Hi,

I want to create a form to send to clients that they fill out prior to our appointment.  Then, during the appointment I want to go over their answers with them and be able to make revisions/edits AND complete the rest of the form with them.  In other words, basically the bottom half of the form is for my use only.  The top half - they fill it out the best they can and then I can finalize it and complete the form while I am with them.

What is the best way to do this in Jotform?

    Ps.  I love your product!!!!

    Sincerely,

    Katie Quinn

    Hi Katie

When you meet with the client, go to your My Forms page, click the form and then the Submissions button in the toolbar. When the page loads, click the record of the relevant submission in the table at the bottom of the page to load it in the top section. Then, click the Edit button, make the requisite changes as the two of you discuss the submission and finally, click the form's Submit button to save the update.

If you need clarification on this, please let us know.
