Turn off autoresponder for ONE client?

    Is it possible to turn off an autoresponder for ONE person? Meaning, if I have a form I'm using for all of my prospects, but one of them converts into a client and should no longer receive autoresponder emails - can I remove them and them only from getting this communication?

    My thought is to remove their email address (edit their submission). Is this the way you recommend, or is there a "smart" more automated way to remove them?

    You can also use conditional email on your form. Check the user guide : 


    What you can do is assign the email address of the person you do not want to receive the auto email in the Conditions.


    IF E-mail field is NOT EQUAL to johndoe@testmail.com SEND Autoresponder to {E-mail}
