How do I FREE up space on my Jot Form Account?

Asked by on January 18, 2011 at 10:48 AM

I receive an email saying that I currently reached the limits of my account. And that my forms will be disabled Tuesday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10485760 KB of upload space. I don't know how to FREE up my space? I hardly use jotform & just wanted to know what  Ican do to free up my space to keep it going.

    Thanks So Much,

    Eri Rosenblum

I am not sure but I think uploaded files can be deleted from the submission reports. Or you may wait for the official response.

Yes, delete submissions to gain space back. Your Chris29 account has 15.95 MB upload fiiles. You need to delete submissions to make it less than 10MBs.

Sorry, the last message was incorrect. Your Chris29 account is already Premium. This must have been received from southgate account but that is already below 10MBs. So, you have already deleted the files I guess.
