Cannot login due to autosuspended account

    Hello JotForm Team,

    I'm not able to login. I'm receiving an error that reads "Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED". Any ideas for a fix?

    Your account and forms were autosuspended by the Phishing detector due to your form that capture password of Email accounts.

    We do not allow login like forms that collect account login data. This form violates our Terms of Use.

    For this time only, we are giving you consideration to correct the mistake. I have fixed the issue by removing the password field on your form and reactivated your account.
