Card Form: Unable to Format Description on Multiple Choice Field

On multiple choice cards, the response options are too close to the "description" subheading, so when I select text in the "description" and then click the hyperlink icon, nothings happens (the inline tools just disappear). The inline tools window overlaps the response options, and you cannot select bold, italics, or link if you click them anywhere they are superimposed over a response option box. You have to click a very teeny tiny narrow strip above the response option to make it work, which will leave many users frustrated at wasting so much time to figure this out (and many never figure it out and they may just think they can't insert hyperlinks all on any description line for multiple choice questions).

The hyperlink tool works correctly for the same card on the "field label" line/heading above the description/subheading. The hyperlink tool also works correctly on the description/subheading line for other types of card, it just doesn't work on multiple choice cards.

Thank you both for your prompt responses and tech support. I have tested it on my end as well, and hyperlinking on the description line for multiple choice cards now appears to be working without any issues!
