    Form not getting sent to email address

    I have an application form for a hotel property that for some reason isn't sending the emails to the email address it is suppose to, or that email address isn't getting them.  I have even switched the email address it is sending to and it still isn't working.  It is the application form I have at www.hiatlantaairport.com.  Do you have anyidea why?  Did I do something wrong.  I have the same form being used for a couple other properties and it's working just fine.  Thanks, Shawn, shawn@goswc.net

    To solve the issue of not getting emails after setting notification email address, please try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to noreply@jotform.com and then do a test?

    Also, whitelist Jotform's mail sever Ips as follows;
