So i have several customers that depends on the leads obtained through JotForm. Previously they had quite a lot of leads stored. Now there is barely no leads whatsover! We only have the leads obtained since June,27th.
It's really important to my customer's enterprises that they have those previous leads prior from June, 27th back .
Recently i upgraded to the "Gold Plan" and i'm having issues ever since.
I'm having other problems and i think it might be all related to the "Gold Plan"upgrade, i really need to restore those leads to my customers.
There's any backups, with those missing leads prior to June, 27th, that could be provided to me?
I can't lose any customers this is REALLY IMPORTANT. -

I ran our fix and all current submissions associated with your account should be available. If anything is still missing, let us know which form or forms have data missing and we will take a closer look.
