PDF submissions being downloaded with the "IP address has been banned" layout.

    Hi, I am having a similar issue. I cannot opent the PDF reports that are genereated when a submission is received. My forms are only used interanlly in our company to place orders. Not sure why it would be blocked for phishing.  Please help. Thank you

    I checked your account and it is in a good condition. Your account is not suspended for phishing. Could you please give us the IP Address so we can whitelist it?

    Hi, I am only getting the error message when opening the PDF attachement in the notification email. It is still allowing submissions. I jsut cannot see the PDF attachment.

     

    My IP is 58.87.8.82

    I have tried the above steps and I am still having issues with some of the PDFs reports showing the phishing message.

    I am also having the same issues with the PDFs

    We are getting the message as a PDF

    "Hold it right there!"

     

    Looks like your IP address has been banned because of a

    possible phishing attempt.
