Error message when electing to downgrade

    I've tried downgrading my subscription three times, but the page closes.

    Since you are using Paypal for paying your subscription, kindly follow this simple steps to cancel your subscription.

    1. Login to your Paypal account

    2. Find the lates payment you have made to Jotform

    3. Click on the subscription number for that transaction

    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
