I am looking to setup a form for collecting lots of information from many people. I have been manually putting all the information recieved into an excel spreadsheet. I am wondering if there may be a way to collect all the data from different people in a single spreadsheet using JotForm?

Yes you can. To save you the hassle you can just integrate your form to Google Docs. That way when someone submit a form, the entries show up on your Google Docs spreadsheet instantly.
