I m new to Jotform. Am looking at changing over from WUFOO
I created my fort form today and when i tried to connect it to stripe - the timer circle just keep spinning - I waited over 20minutes

Apologies for any inconvenience. As I cannot reproduce the issue you are experiencing, may we know what browser were you using when you encountered the issue, please?
Also, were you not asked to log in your Stripe account? The login page usually opens in a new tab or window after you click the "Connect with Stripe" button from the integration.
Then after you sign in, you will be asked to fill another form to authorize access.
You should see that the Stipe Connect Link is already connected after.
If you were not presented with this after clicking the "Connect with Stripe" button, I suggest you check if the "Pop Up Blocker of your browser is enabled. I would also suggest you try a different browser.

I am using Google Chrome.

I was asked to connect with my Stripe account and then when i click the button at the top to connect with stripe the page just stays there and the little white thing goes around and around in a circle and nothing more happens.

Apologies - I should have also told you that the form let me connect with stripe once and i put my password in etc. but then it returned me to the form as if i hadn’t done it and continues to do as i described in the other email. ( continues to ask me to connect and does not let me )
