As of yesterday, both of these features disappeared from my forms!! Help!

I have checked the submissions page of the JotForm provided and see that it is displayed normally. The search box and the scroll bars all appeared fine at my end. I have cleared the form caches for your account. Could you check once again by using another browser as well?

No search bar and no left/right scroll still.

I have just checked using the form you provided and I could see the same like my colleague, search bar and bottom scroll bar are showing up just fine on my end.
May be possible that this is a cache issue, could you please try to connect to a different network and use your browser in incognito mode?
