JotForm zoho CRM only partially working

We have a jotform which we are aiming to integrate with Zoho CRM.  WE have set up integration.  We have 6 fields whose values we are attempting to send to Zoho.  Of these 4 fields pass across just fine but neither the Zoho phone, nor the Zho CRM address files are being passed across.

The attached image has highlighted the fields which are NOT moving across:  the other four do.

You are using a number field for the Phone Number and a Text Area field for the address field. With our integration, you should use the correct field type for the integration to work correctly. In this case, use the Phone field and the Address field then edit your integration to select the fields.
