Changed Encrypted Form and now my submissions wont unencrypt?

I was lost my private key for my encrypted form so I thought I would unenable the encrypted form and reenable it to create new key.

Now the submissions that were already submitted wont unencrypt?  How do I get the information?

Is your form currently encrypted? If the form is not encrypted you cannot decrypt previously submitted encrypted data. 

Also you cannot decrypt old data with a new key. If you lost your key then your data is also lost. With the new key you will be able to decrypt only submissions that you received after you created the new key. 

I would also suggest you to check downloads folder on your computer, to see if you can find your old key there.
