Is my jotform plan still active. I am on autorenewal, but I had a credit card hacked and replaced this year.

    We could not locate any subscription with your email address(creativecuisinemd@ymail.com). It appears like you only have a free account username "creativecuisine". If you are referring to another account, please let us know what the username is, we will be glad to assist you.
