How do I upgrade to Silver as a non-profit

We have been approved as a non-profit and want to upgrade. Will the system automatically know we are a non-profit and apply the discount?

In the approval email there are links to upgrade at the discounted rate. 

When you create a new subscription at the discounted rate, you will be credited for the value of the time remaining on your current subscription towards the new subscription.
