We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I am able to replicate the issue at my end. It seems that there is an issue with sending the email. Though we have notified our backend team on this issue, I am forwarding this thread to take a look. As soon as we have any update in this regard, we'll post it here on this thread.

We have received that the issue has been fixed now. As I check on my test form, I am able to receive the email and download the files without any issue. Please try downloading the files again and let us know if you notice any issue. We will be happy to take a look again.
