I want the submissions to be received on my email address. This makes me the recipient. But what about the sender name and sender email? What are these options exactly? Wont jotforum automatically forward me the filled form once it is submitted?

The Sender Name and Sender Email will be used as the "From:" details of the notification messages you receive each time the form is submitted.

For simplicity's sake, we suggest using noreply@jotform.com as the Sender Email. As for the Sender Name, you can choose any field you want, but perhaps choosing the name field on your form will make it easier for you to identify who submitted the form just by looking at your email inbox.
