How can I create an HOURS LOGGING form?

I would like the form to let the person know, each time they fill out the form, how many hours they have accumulated for the year.

this is for a community service organization

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to say that you want to show the number of hours they have input in all the forms they have submitted?

Please note that it is currently not possible to get the submission data from any external source or previous submission data.
