Is this the only form of support

i'm being told there are 40k+ form views and it's not possible.  This is impacting another form that I use for vendor application submission on my page.  This is having a financial impact.  I don't know what is causing this issue but I know there is no way that there were 40K site views of the njgcml form.  

Can you please assist.  Is this the only form of support.  I need assistance really quickly.  I would upgrade but I feel like this is an error.
