No Items names in the email

    I am really confused, Ihave used a "purchase order" form, added many products. When the customer choose the products and click on submit, an email is sent, all the address, name/surname fileds are filled but nothing showing what he ordered, no product names.


    Any idea why please?


    This is how the email reply is built:

    ORDER ID:{id}

    Question Answer
    Purchased Item: {chooseYour}
    Customer Name/Surname: {enterYour9}
    Customer's Email: {enterYour10}
    Customer's Phone Number: {enterYour11}
    Customer's Address: {enterYour}
    Delivery Outlet: {whichOutlet}

    Chosen Delivery Time: {whatTime}



    Please help, without this, the email feature is useless.

    Hi Ben,

    Upon checking the body of the email notification it appears that the email variable for the Products was left out.

    To include the result of a field in the notification email please do the following:

    1. Open your form in JotForm
    2. Click on Setup and Embed
    3. Choose 'Email Alerts' then 'Notification Email'
    4. In the Compose Email window the right section shows a list of the form fields, choose My Products to include the result in the email.

    Let us know if this works for you.

    Hi Jot Form Team,

    Your answer here is just what I thought too. But I do have the correct form field from My Products in the email and yet it does not list the product. It does however show in the paypal payment page to which the user is redirected for the purchase. 

    Help! Please.

    Hi, just in case, if the payment process did not push through or was not successfully completed, there will be NO email notification. You can see this at My Forms / Submissions / Incomplete Payments .

    I cloned your form and did a test on my end. I could not reproduce the 'missing item' on the email notification. I never alter the existing email notification of your form. (Please see screen below for the result of tested notification email of the form.)

    Can you please try checking this again?
