My submit button does not work

    Hi,

    Upon checking on your form, we were able to successfully submit a test submission and it is reflecting in your submission history.

    I would suggest to simply mark one of the emails as "Not Spam" and add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com.  Moving forward, emails from that specific address should no longer be filtered as spam.
