what happens to my survey data if I cancel or downgrade my subscription?

Asked by fleurb on July 10, 2017 at 08:37 AM

Hello. I have created 3 forms with jotform to gather survey information and applications over the months of May and June. To accomodate all the submissions from respondents, I upgraded the account to silver.

The deadline for sumbissions is now past and I do not anticipate needing a paid account for now, although in September/October I may need to gather more information. Please could you confirm that if I cancel this silver monthly account I will still have access to the data collected in May and June?

Also, will I be reimbursed for any time of teh silver monthly subscription not used in July?

    Many thanks!

    Fleur

If the account is downgraded to free status, please note that in a free account you can only store 500 submissions, so the system will automatically delete your submissions and keep only the 500 most recent submissions.

So, you may download your data before downgrading:

On regards of the refund, yes, we can provide you a prorated refund of the remaining unused days of July.
