Hi,
I keep posting questions but not getting a response? I cannot login which is why I am asking for help.
Is that the difference? Please help. I cannot access my account and have data waiting to be processed.

Posting multiple questions will only send you at the last position in the queue, all of the questions are answered in the same ordered they were posted.

Okay, using the login function via posting, I was able to access it (using the password I had at home).
