White listing Jotform IP addresses

    We have been having issues with emails not coming through from Jotform and discovered this list of IP addresses.

    My question is do these change periodically and if so do you contact your customers to let us know. Also, is this listing accurate?

    We don't change periodically. We will for sure let you everyone know when an update is made and article will be updated as well.

    So is there any reason why we would still not be getting emails from our forms?

    I see others having the same issue here but there is no resolution. This is happening with all of our forms.
