How do we change the primary account owner?

Our school account in under the name of someone who no longer works here. We would like to delete her account and switch the primary account holder to me, cloufek@c-dh.org.

Please note that you do not need to delete the account and create a new one, as it is possible to change the account username, name, email and so on.

While the account name and email can be changed by you, from the account profile page, changing the account username requires our assistance, and we will be happy to do so.
