I am getting a You are not authorize error message when trying to download the PDF copy

    ERROR IN DOWNLOAD PDF === {"error":"You're not authorized","success":false,"duration":"0.016"}

     

    Estou tendo problemas ao tentar baixar as respostas como download.... antigamente eu clicava e ela baixava na minha pasta de downloads do computador, agora aparece esse erro na pagina do navegador.

    You have enabled the Privacy of the files in your account settings. This means that the file can only be downloaded in the browser while you are logged in to your Jotform account.

    I would suggest logging out from your account then clear your cookies for Jotform then log in again before clicking the link to download the PDF file.
