    I have been trying to pay our yearly subscription fee and have sent you two emails in the past couple of weeks asking for assistance but I haven't received a reply.  I tried again today to upgrade our credit card details but I am unsure if it worked.  Please reply or call me.     Unfortunately, I am not able to find any recent threads/emails on the billing issue. I have checked your account and see that it is scheduled to downgrade to Free due to failed payment. You may update the credit card information for your account subscription by using the link below:

    Our payment processor will try to charge your credit card for the subscription again on Jul 13, 2017.
