Having troubles scrolling through the data in Google Spreadsheet

We load the results of our jot form into Google Sheets.

But the data is difficult to read because we cannot scroll down.

Aideasass on what we can to fix this?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, is this only happening with the sheet(s) integrated with Jotform? Also, is that a new integration or was it already an existing integration that suddenly encountered the issue? Does the issue happen to every form in your account? Have you tried using a different browser perhaps? And, have you also tried contacting Google regarding the issue you are having?

I'm not sure yet, but there is a probability that the issue is outside Jotform. Or, there are tons of data that need to be loaded in the sheet and it needs time to load all of it. You can share with us the link to the spreadsheet (please make sure it is set to public) for I have set this thread to "Private" and only you and the support team has access to it now.
