    Hi

Question is there a way to create a chart or a link to a chart that shows the current list of volunteers and the times and locations they have signed up for?  Because I need this feature so when people sign up they can see live the open shifts as they sign up.

    Please Advise.

    Hi Jerry,

Quick question, where is the current list of volunteers and the times and locations that they have signed up for?  Is it in a google document?

    Hi Jerry,

You can embed and iframe showing a list or chart with the information that you need.

For example, if you had your chart in a google document, you can choose to publish the document from the "File" menu.  You can have the document republished every time there are changes made (keep your document updated) if you would like.  On the bottom half of the po-up window, there is a drop down menu with the default value of "web-page".  You can change this to "HTML to embed in page".  This will give you an iframe link.  If you copy this link, you can paste it on a FREE TXT HTML field on your form.

    Does this help?

    Jerry,

It is possible to generate a Grid Listing Report for your form, and then embed that report to your form/website.

    Basic example:

Please take a look at the following thread to find out more information on this:

Is there a way to show submitted fields below the form

Eduardo's solution with embed Google Documents based charts should be also fine.
